About the Point Sheet and cut-off dates:
The Banquet Committee and two board members will review, tabulate and calculate all points by the given deadline which is at least two weeks prior to the event. Cutoff date for submission will be stated on the form and will be at least 2 weeks prior to event. (Late forms will not be accepted.)
