    a CSC board member or even your coach. All of our info

    has been updated and simplified!

2. 2.CSC Membership & Renewal Forms are online this year!
   

    CLICK HERE to go there now. You will be prompted

    to fill out all info, no forms to send. Just mail your

    check when you are finished. ALL INFO IS AVAILABLE

    BY CLICKING THE LINK. This form is quick to complete!

3. 3.Mail your check for Annual Membership Dues!
   

    You must mail your checks and have all

    forms submitted in order to get competition forms signed.

    Checks should  be received by June 30, 2011. Please

    make checks payable to : Colorado Skating Club.

    CO 80111-2224.

4. 4.You are almost finished ...
   

Please read the Volunteer Agreement, CSC Code of     Conduct and CSC Waiver/Release/Assumption of Risk Agreement.  Signatures required for these documents will be done ONLINE as directed in step 5.
